    Job description

    Requirements :
    • Qualification in human resources or management sciences or similar.
    • HR professional (HRP) certification advantageous/preferred.
    • 6+ years human resources generalist experience.
    • 3–6 years employment equity experience.
    • 3–6 years industrial relations experience.
    • 3–6 years organisational development experience.
    • 3–6 years employee benefits experience.
    Responsibilities :
    • Align HR strategy with business objectives and position HR as a strategic business partner.
    • Provide expert HR advisory services and ensure consistent HR support across business units.
    • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and retention strategies.
    • Manage recruitment processes and oversee graduate programme compliance and execution.
    • Drive performance management processes and monitor transformation and diversity objectives.
    • Provide guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, and legislative compliance matters.
    • Support HR projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
    • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
    • Strategic thinking and HR strategy implementation.
    • Results-driven with strong execution capability.
