Financial Services Clerk

• Bachelor of commerce (BCom) in finance or accounting.
• Ability to administer and execute instructions from receipt to conclusion with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work extended hours during month-end period.
• Legal or professional services industry experience is preferred. 

• Manage and maintain matter creditors.
• Capture and reconcile cash books.
• Assist with investments when required.
• Assist with petty cash.
• Assist in month-end procedures.
• Maintain financial files and records.
• Assist the manager with departmental matters when required.
• Attend to telephonic and email queries and requests.
• Assist with other departmental responsibilities as required.
