Who are we looking for: A digital marketing and content creator specialist responsible for developing and executing compelling digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences and drive business growth.
What will you do:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with brand and business objectives
- Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing and other digital platforms
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement and performance analysis
- Monitor digital trends, audience behaviour and analytics to optimise content and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials
- Assist in paid media campaigns, including social media advertising and Google Ads
- Work with designers to create visually compelling digital content
- Track and report on key digital marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations
Skills and experience required
- Degree or diploma in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation and social media management
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a knack for creating compelling content
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms and analytics software
- Knowledge of the media landscape and digital trends
- Excellent coordination and project management skills
- A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and new media
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Is a digital-first thinker and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Has a passion for storytelling, creativity and brand engagement
- Has a strong understanding of trade marketing communications and how this translates on digital platforms, viz. newsletters, infographics and audience insights
