What you will own:

• Digital strategy: Shape and steer a company-wide roadmap that fuses tech innovation with business purpose.

• Culture shift: Champion a digitally-enabled mindset across the business – because transformation is about people, not just platforms.

• Project delivery: Lead high-impact, agile projects from ideation to implementation.

• Customer-centricity: Ensure every solution enhances our customers' experience – because they’re always at the centre.

• Team leadership: Inspire, guide, and grow your team to deliver work that’s fast, collaborative, and game-changing.

• Change management & Training: Equip the organisation to embrace digital tools and thrive in transformation.

• Vendor partnerships: Collaborate with our procurement team to bring in the best tech at the best value.

What you will bring:

• 2+ years in a digital transformation or similar role, with a proven track record of leading scalable change.

• A degree in usbiness, engineering, IT, or computer science (or equivalent experience).

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, applying Agile, SCRUM, or similar methodologies.

• Stellar communication skills, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset.

• A strong grasp of emerging tech trends and how to apply them for real-world value.

• Bonus: Relationships with key vendors or SaaS suppliers.
