What You'll Do

As a Process & Automation Specialist, you’ll:

• Drive transformation within our Digital Roadmap by digitising and scaling operations.
• Identify improvements: Analyse processes, recommend scalable automation aligned with long-term strategy.
• Optimise operations: Boost lead handling, query resolution, contact centre efficiency, and customer experience.
• Lead tech evaluation: Collaborate with IT, Data, Softsure, and business units on vendor selection and tech integration.
• Track performance: Design KPIs, monitor workflows, and refine based on real-time data.
• Champion automation: Work with AI specialists to map and implement data flow automation across departments.
• Re-engineer processes: Engage cross-functionally, redesign workflows, and ensure automation fits overall company goals

Your Experience


We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years in process improvement or automation roles.

• Holds a formal qualification in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent.

• is naturally solutions-driven, proactive, and excels at collaborating across teams.
