Are you a savvy negotiator with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for media? We're looking for a Media Buyer to join our dynamic team and take charge of planning, negotiating, booking, and managing advertising placements across all media channels.


As a Media Buyer, you’ll be the driving force behind making sure our clients’ campaigns run smoothly, effectively, and cost-efficiently. From securing prime advertising spots to analysing performance and maximizing ROI, you’ll be at the heart of every media decision.

Key responsibilities


Strategic buying and booking

• End-to-end media buying following internal buying processes

• Manage bookings across digital, print, OOH, TV, and more

• Ensure timely approvals and documentation with media owners

Negotiation and relationship building

• Secure competitive rates and added value for clients

• Maintain strong relationships with media vendors

• Handle compensation for non-placement or misplacement

 Budget and billing management

• Track budgets and input into billing systems

• Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with internal timelines

• Update planners with monthly reports and budget reconciliations

 Monitoring and reporting

• Track campaign performance and respond to issues in real-time

• Provide detailed reporting, tear sheets, site bibles, and post-campaign analysis

• Maintain accurate digital filing and campaign documentation

Experience and skills:

• 5+ years of experience in media buying

• Strong negotiation, planning, and analytical skills

• Highly proficient in Microsoft excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• High level of numeracy and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
