Position overview:

We are seeking a senior marketing manager who will build and scale a world-class marketing organization to drive rapid revenue, data-driven marketing, and shape the growth of global marketing strategy.

Managing promotion, demand generation, global branding, and product marketing

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, a passion for climate innovation, and the ability to translate complex environmental solutions into compelling narratives that engage global stakeholders. The candidate should have a strong background in storytelling, visual design, and content marketing.

 Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of a global marketing strategy that advances the company’s growth, environmental impact goals, and leadership in climate innovation.
  • Plan and execute new launches in different regions around the world in collaboration with communications agency partner.
  • Lead data-driven lead generation to build a qualified pipeline, increase market reach, and support revenue growth across priority regions and sectors
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Lead performance marketing across website, content, events, employee branding and direct marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and business leaders to translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging narratives
  • Develop case studies and success stories to highlight the real-world impact of BlueGreen’s solutions
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns and content to educate the public and key stakeholders on environmental issues, especially harmful algal blooms.
  • Engage with NGOs, academic institutions, and government agencies to support advocacy and partnership efforts.
  • Oversee creation and maintenance of internal and external content and events, including the website, blogs, newsletters, videos.
  • Plan and organise conventions, conferences, and trade shows; prepare engaging displays and collateral and provide post-event reports and analysis.
  • Develop and manage brand storytelling, visual identity, and design across all platforms.
  • Lead product marketing, including value messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and internal contributors to execute marketing goals effectively.
 Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in B2G / B2B global marketing-must
  • 8+ years of experience, preferably in climate tech, environmental science, water technologies, or mission-driven sectors – Big Advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field-must
  • Experience engaging stakeholders across public, private, and community sectors – Must
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing data-driven lead generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth across international markets.
  • Proven ability to build brand visibility and drive demand generation in global markets
  • Strong background in content marketing, visual storytelling, and digital engagement
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Monday), and digital marketing systems
  • Experience working in a global, fast-paced, high-growth, impact-focused organization
  • Create compelling content, including articles, reports, presentations, social media posts, videos, and infographics
  • Manage content across multiple platforms, including the company website, social media, and marketing materials
  • Strong experience using AI tools for content creation and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)including video and animation-An advantage.
