We're looking for a Head of Engineering who can combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to drive engineering excellence across our technology landscape.
If you're passionate about architecture, mentoring developers, improving delivery practices, and building a high-performance engineering culture, we'd like to talk.
Technology environment
You'll work within a modern engineering ecosystem that includes:
- Java
- Salesforce and apex
- RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations
- GitHub, CI/CD and automation
- Test-driven development (TDD)
- Agile delivery practices
- Scalable enterprise architecture
- Security-conscious engineering
- AI-Assisted development workflows
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong technical foundation
- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience
- Salesforce/apex experience highly advantageous
- Proven experience leading architecture and technical decision-making across teams
- Experience building and maintaining modern CI/CD and deployment pipelines
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and maintainable system design
- Track record of mentoring, coaching, and growing engineering talent
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities
- Salesforce certifications (platform developer I preferred)
- Platform developer II, application architect, system architect, or technical architect certifications
- Penetration testing or security engineering experience
- Front-end development exposure
- Large-scale API and integration architecture experience
- Agile/scrum leadership experience
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity and software delivery
