    Job description

    Purpose of Role

    To protect Shop2Shop by conducting professional forensic investigations into suspected fraud, bribery, corruption, theft, and other financial crimes. The role gathers and analyses evidence, supports legal and disciplinary processes, and ensures investigations are conducted in line with regulatory and legal requirements.

    What You’ll Do
    • Plan and execute end-to-end forensic investigations.
    • Investigate fraud, bribery, corruption, theft and other financial crimes.
    • Gather, preserve and analyse evidence.
    • Conduct interviews and prepare detailed interview notes.
    • Draft affidavits and assist with criminal case preparation.
    • Analyse large data sets.
    • Compile detailed forensic investigation reports.
    • Present evidence at disciplinary hearings and in court where required.
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

    Qualifications & Experience
    • Grade 12 (Matric)
      • Certified Fraud Examiner (advantageous)
      • Qualification in Forensics, Law, Accounting or IT (advantageous)
      • 2–4 years' forensic investigation experience
      • Minimum 2 years within Financial Services
      • Experience investigating syndicates advantageous
    Other Requirements

    • Strong workplace setup with uninterrupted connectivity for remote collaboration
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality
    • Ability to travel when required
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
