Head OF IT Operations

This role is for a dynamic and experienced Head of IT operations who will lead and evolve IT operational strategy. The ideal candidate must be passionate about infrastructure, performance, security, and service delivery

Requirements:

• 5+ years
• Experience writing code in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience using Microsoft SQL to update and retrieve data
• Experience leading IT operations teams using ITIL and Cobit
• In-depth knowledge of running ITSM delivery
• Financial industry background and understanding
• Microsoft licensing understanding (OS/SQL)
• Enterprise architecture
• Understanding of AWS and Azure services and environments
• In-depth knowledge of information and cyber security management
• Vendor management and negotiation
• Firewall and network technology
• VEEAM management
• 3 PAR storage environments

Qualification:

• University degree years of experience
