    Qualifications: 
    • Matric/ Finance Degree/Diploma is preferred
    • FAIS Compliant (RE5, COB)
    Skills and Experience: 
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
    • Representative on an FSP licence will be an advantage
    • Strong financial and account reconciliation skills
    • Strong understanding of credit control
    • Knowledge of Medical Schemes and EMS industry
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proven confidence in dealing with clients
    • Technical knowledge on various insurance products
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e., Word, Excel
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Takes ownership and responsibility of daily interaction with all clients
    • Quick learning capabilities. Attention to detail including understanding of policy documents
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and confidently make decisions
    • Ability to handle pressure– always remain calm, friendly, courteous, polite, professional, and willing to assist.
    4. Reporting to:

    Operations Executive

    5. Scope of Responsibility:
    • Manage the setup of new groups on NEO in conjunction with the Policy Department
    • Issue group policy documents and follow up on quote requests for new groups
    • Manage the setup of invoicing functionality on NEO
    • Handle invoicing of all EMS clients monthly, including issuing monthly statements
    • Oversee credit control function for EMS clients, including tracking and following up on outstanding premiums
    • Reconcile group premiums received to NEO
    • Receive and authorise claims bordereau for payment by the
    Finance department
    • Prepare and finalise the Income Statement report for the CEO and EMS CFO
    • Manage the EMS inbox and respond promptly to emails
    • Liaise with EMS clients and ER24 Account Managers
    • Handle the client contract renewal process
    • Provide advice and intermediary services, as and when
    • required to prospective and current clients
    • Any other duties as assigned by the company from time to time.
