    Key Responsibilities

     

    Client Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Understand clients’ business objectives and marketing strategies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
    • Develop and present proposals, project plans, budgets and campaign strategies.

    Project Management:

    • Oversee the execution of client projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to deliver high-quality work.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

    Strategy and Planning:
    • Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform campaign strategies.
    • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

    Team Leadership:
    • Encourage innovation and creative thinking within the team.

    Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and financial targets are met.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
    • Monitor and report on account financial performance.


    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
    • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and client relationships.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business problems.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
