Job description
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and marketing strategies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Develop and present proposals, project plans, budgets and campaign strategies.
Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of client projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to deliver high-quality work.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Strategy and Planning:
- Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform campaign strategies.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Encourage innovation and creative thinking within the team.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and financial targets are met.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
- Monitor and report on account financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and client relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business problems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
