Product Designer - Remote - UP TO R840k PER Annum

A global leader in structured product data, analytics, and investor reporting solutions for capital markets is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join their dynamic product team. They are known for making life easier for anyone getting, sharing and using data within the structured products and private asset markets.

The ideal candidate must bring a strong balance of craft, critical thinking, user empathy and he must be energised by the challenge of designing in complex, data-rich product environments

To be part of this team focused on connecting people to deals to enable them to collaborate and share information securely.

Requirements:

• Have four+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a product company or B2B SaaS environment
• Have designed tools that support complex business processes or data-intensive workflows
• You have deep knowledge and experience with design libraries and systems
• Proficient in Figma - Components, Auto-layout, Variable prototyping etc. As our core design tool, experience in Figma is important
• Bring deep experience collaborating with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle—not just at the start or end
• Have experience driving the design contributions from the initial uncovering of customer problems, exploring potential solutions to working collaboratively with engineers to enable delivery and test assumptions
• Can demonstrate your design process and impact through relevant work examples, story-telling, or the like
