Job description
Campaign and Inventory Operations LeadOwn the campaign. Own the stock. Own the outcome.
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-obsessed operator to take full ownership of campaign execution across warehouse, inventory, and activation environments.
This is not a coordination role. This is a hands-on operations role where you are accountable for everything from stock landing in the warehouse to kits arriving on-site — and back again.
What you’ll own
- End-to-end campaign execution for your assigned accounts for all collateral (“silos”)
- All inventory within your silo — system and physical
- Warehouse administration (PFIs, PFOs, reconciliations)
- Picking, packing, dispatch readiness and QC
- Returns, variances, and stock integrity
- Activation set-up and strike (when required)
What you’ll be doing
Campaign planning
- Translate briefs into operational plans
- Build SKU structures and manage inbound stock (PFIs)
- Flag risks early — stock, timing, capacity
- Manage and monitor all stock within your silo
- Ensure correct allocation, usage, and availability
- Investigate and resolve all discrepancies
- Plan and coordinate picking and packing
- Book core team support in advance
- Arrange additional resources where needed
- QC all kits before dispatch (no exceptions)
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and correct labelling
- Oversee dispatch to field teams
- Manage all returns and condition checks
- Investigate variances and resolve discrepancies
- Own repairs, refurbishments, and stock decisions
- Coordinate set-up and strike logistics
- Attend site when required
- Ensure assets move correctly and return in full
- Campaigns run on time, in full, and without errors
- Stock is always accounted for
- Issues are identified early and solved fast
- Warehouse and field execution are aligned
- Nothing “falls through the cracks” on your watch
Requirements
- 2–4 years in warehouse, logistics, or BTL/activation operations
- Strong understanding of inventory and operational workflows - knowledge of Ador WMS advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure
- High attention to detail (you notice what others miss)
- Strong ownership mindset — no passing the buck
- Ability to think on your feet and find solutions fast
- Bonus points if you're handy for set-up and strike
