We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our dynamic team and drive continued market expansion. This role offers a significant opportunity to contribute directly to the company's strategic growth and market presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Senior Sales Executive, you will oversee the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to client retention, ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales objectives.

    Sales process management:

    o    Manage and convert inbound leads generated through digital channels (website, social media).

    o    Proactively identify and acquire new business accounts through strategic outreach and prospecting.

    o    Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

    Market opportunity identification:

    o    Collaborate with the management team to identify and capitalise on new market opportunities through comprehensive networking, market research, and targeted outreach initiatives.

    o    Develop, implement, and refine effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.

     Product expertise and solution presentation:

    o    Develop an in-depth understanding of Rocket Creative's product portfolio and service offerings.

    o    Articulate the value proposition to clients, demonstrating how our solutions address their specific business challenges.

    o    Conduct compelling product demonstrations and expertly manage client brief development.

    Target achievement:

    o    Consistently achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets. Specific targets will be discussed during the interview process.

    Project and client portfolio management:

    o    Efficiently manage multiple client accounts and projects concurrently, ensuring meticulous organisation and adherence to timelines.

    Bonus points if you have

    • Prior experience in the design, display, activation, exhibition or eventing industries  
    • Experience in marketing and advertising positions 
    • Skills in design software like CorelDraw, Adobe Suite, or SketchUp.

    Skills required:


    • Accute attention to detail
    • A passion for sales hunting and impeccable client service
    • A Bachelor's degree or three-year diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Three to five years of progressive sales experience, with a strong preference for experience within a related industry (e.g., manufacturing, B2B services, design, marketing displays).
    • A documented history of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in sales methodologies and strong deal-closing capabilities.
    • Exceptional client relationship management and retention skills.
    • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
    • Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
    • A valid Code 8 driver's license and a willingness to travel as required.
    • Ability to interpret market trends and leverage management feedback to enhance sales performance.
