Travelinfo Visa Researcher & Account Executive

Job description

Now Media is seeking a structured and commercially capable professional to join the Travelinfo team in a dual research and account management role.

Travelinfo is a trusted information platform used by South African travel agents. The role combines responsibility for maintaining accurate visa information, while also managing a portfolio of supplier directory data on the Travelinfo product.

This position requires a disciplined and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with both operational information and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and verify international visa requirements through direct embassy engagement.
• Ensure Travelinfo’s visa information remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain the accuracy of allocated supplier pages within the Travelinfo database.
• Manage and renew an allocated portfolio of advertising clients.
• Conduct client meetings and manage renewal discussions.
• Maintain clear records of client interactions and operational updates.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
• Ability to manage structured processes and recurring verification tasks.
• Professional client communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in account management, client services or travel operations advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
