The role involves securing high-value conference sponsorships, delegate sales, exhibition stand bookings and strategic partnerships for all B2B events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in events or media sales, exceptional relationship building skills and a proven ability to close complex deals.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales for all conferences and exhibitions
- Identify, pitch and secure new business opportunities across target industries
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through physical meetings
- Develop tailored proposals
- A minimum of 5 years sales track record and experience preferably in events or media sales
- Strong negation and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Very good telephonic technique
- Must have own transport
