What You’ll Be Up To
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Java applications
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while mentoring junior developers
- Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure robust solutions
- Debug, optimise performance, and troubleshoot critical system issues
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high-quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact projects
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and implementing new technologies
What You Bring
- 5+ years professional experience in Java development
- Expertise in OOP, design patterns, and data structures
- Experience with frameworks such as SpringBoot, Hibernate, with strong Angular
- Strong SQL/database knowledge and backend integration skills
- Experience in building scalable, high-performance applications
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and microservices architecture is a plus ☁️
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
