- Docker / containerisation
- SQL Server (strong experience essential)
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Strong full-stack engineering expertise
- Proven experience within financial services / banking / wealth / insurance
- Experience in consulting or client-facing environments (highly advantageous)
- Solid understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP)
- Experience with wealth or investment platforms
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven systems or data platforms
- Knowledge of identity and security frameworks
- Experience with event-driven or distributed systems
- Mentoring and supporting junior developers
