Senior Full Stack C# Developer

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Software Developer to take a leading role in building powerful, scalable digital solutions that directly impact the healthcare industry. In this role, you’ll design and architect cloud-based systems that streamline workflows, unlock data insights, and enable healthcare providers to work smarter and faster. You won’t just contribute code—you’ll help shape our engineering culture, guide junior developers, and bring structure and clarity to technical challenges that matter.

What you’ll do

• Architect and build enterprise-grade backend services using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET
• Develop responsive, dynamic front-end interfaces with Angular (v15+), JavaScript, and related technologies
• Work closely with product and design teams to translate complex business needs into reliable software
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior and mid-level developers
• Contribute to planning sessions and play a key role in sprint execution using agile methodologies
• Optimize performance and scalability for systems handling large-scale healthcare data
• Maintain clean, secure, testable code and support continuous integration efforts

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong backend focus
• Deep understanding of C#, .NET Core, and web APIs
• Proficiency in Angular (v15 or newer), JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Solid command of SQL and database design; familiarity with ORM tools
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Passion for building software that solves real-world problems

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of professional development experience
• Microsoft certifications are a plus but not required
• Experience in the healthcare or healthtech sector is advantageous

The Reference Number for this position is PM60042 which is a Permanent Hybrid position based in Centurion offering a cost to company of up to R1.1mil Per Annum negotiable on experience and ability.
