Role: Imaging Co-ordinator

Skills: Must have knowledge of fashion imaging, design and photography - a certain taste level, a good attitude and a willingness to work in a team.

Job description:

• Engage and build relationships with photographers.
• Set up shoots with photographers and models.
• Create Mood boards for shoots.
• Follow up on delivery of images.
• Assist with loading images onto models profiles on Portfolio Pad.
• Assist in the creative quality control of images on the agency website - adding and removing images from models books.
• Following up on models images from shoots completed and sending to directors for selection.
• Assisting with polaroid's of models, model videos and measurements of models.
• Managing an imaging assistant to assist with all of the above tasks.
• Working with bookers to send models materials to key clients / photographers / international agencies

This is a full-time office based position from 9am - 3pm in office, and up until 6pm (from home)
