Your key focus areas will include:
- Assisting in the design and execution of business strategies across the group
- Driving operational efficiency and supporting cross-functional initiatives
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Preparing reports, presentations, and project updates for executive teams
- Participating in special projects and innovation streams
- MBA degree completed.

1. Strategic thinking
- Ability to understand big-picture goals

- Strong proficiency in data interpretation, modeling, and decision-making
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL a plus
- Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Organizing and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
- Use of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Understanding of financial statements and KPIs
- Budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
- Exposure to cost control and revenue optimization
- Ability to present findings to senior stakeholders clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Creating executive-level reports and strategy decks
