What we are looking:

• Five-plus years of development working experience
• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.)
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools like Hibernate
• Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies
• In-depth working knowledge of at least one common programming language's features
• Solid understanding of Object-oriented programming fundamentals.
• Extensive knowledge of design patterns and the ability to recognize and apply them
• A high-level understanding of the common frameworks in the Java/.Net technology stack
• Detailed implementation experience in several of these frameworks.
• The ability to analyse and solve complex problems in familiar and unfamiliar technology spaces
• Ability and experience with establishing Integration Patterns
• Experience in common front-end and back-end technologies
• Must be a team player and have a professional approach
• Effective verbal and written communication within the team and client
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
