Who we are looking for?
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Instructional Designer / E-learning Designer to join our
team on a freelance contract basis. You'll be responsible for designing and developing engaging,
accessible e-learning content tailored for frontline workers in the health, safety and environment (HSE)
sector. This includes implementing translations and voiceovers provided by the team, ensuring high-
quality learning experiences that are easy to understand and use.

Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years' experience in instructional design and e-learning development
● Proficient in articulate storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
● Strong attention to detail and understanding of visual layout, hierarchy and typography
● Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work remotely
● Strong project management
● Growth mindset, willingness, and ability to play leadership and support roles with equal enthusiasm.
● Not being afraid of getting close to highly technical content
● Good people skills
● Ability to take initiative

Key responsibilities
● Design and build interactive e-learning modules using articulate storyline
● Apply best practices in instructional design for adult learners in the HSE space
● Integrate translated content and voiceover assets into modules accurately
● Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across various devices
● Collaborate with the head of design and other team members to ensure consistency and
alignment with the overall learning strategy
Nice to have:
● Experience in vector illustration and layout design
