What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a high-impact analytics team, shaping strategy through data-driven decision-making.
- Translating complex data into actionable insights that unlock growth and efficiency.
- Building advanced reporting, models, and dashboards that tell stories, not just show numbers.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to make data the heartbeat of decision-making.
- Driving adoption of cloud data platforms (AWS, Microsoft, Salesforce Data Cloud).
- Using AutoML and BI tools like Power BI and AWS Sagemaker to scale insights.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s in Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics (postgrad/Actuarial/Maths & Stats a big plus).
- 10+ years’ experience in commercial environments — telecoms experience is highly valued.
- Proven track record in analytics, modelling, report writing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong SQL chops and database experience.
- Leadership experience — managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Bonus points for knowledge of change management and customer UX reviews.
