Quantum Publishers appoints Shayne Dowling as General Manager

Shayne Dowling has been appointed as general manager of Quantum Publishers with immediate effect. As the former Marketing Manager, Dowling was responsible for new title acquisition and the marketing aspects of both the company and Quantum Publishers titles. His portfolio grows to take in the general management responsibilities while continuing to handle the marketing portfolio.

Quantum Publishers are specialised contract & customer publishers that have been operating since 1992 (formerly New Era Publishing). Quantum has recently moved their premises to Steenberg Office Park at the foot of Ou Kaapse Weg in Tokai.
