P4 104.9 appoints new CEO

At a general meeting held today at the P4's Greenpoint studio, it was announced by Makana Investments Chairman Peter-Paul Ngwenya, that Gavin Meiring has been appointed as P4 Radio Cape Town's new Chief Executive Officer.

Gavin will oversee the station's daily operations and other external responsibilities that come with this portfolio. He has a track record of success in all aspects of radio broadcasting, having worked at the SABC and more recently with Kwazulu-Natal's East Coast Radio. He brings with him a wealth of experience in radio production, format programming, music management and station imaging.
