Kagiso aims to increase stake in Jacaranda

New Africa Investments Limited (Nail) has accepted an offer from Kagiso Media to increase their stake in the radio station Jacaranda 94.2fm by 22.5%, for more than R70 million, taking their total interest in Jacaranda to 65%. Kagiso would also spend close to R6 million for radio advertising agency, Radmark.
