SA Retail buys Town Square for R49 million

Listed property loan stock company SA Retail, has bought the Town Square shopping centre in northwest Johannesburg from Equity Estates for R49 million, bringing their national portfolio to 26 centres in total. Further acquisitions in the pipeline will boost the value of SA Retail's portfolio to over R1.2 billion, says MD Peter Sparks.
