Possible return of Capital Radio 604

Icasa has given the go-ahead for the sale of the Capital 604 licence for R6 million, which has been dormant since the medium wave broadcaster closed down in November 1996 due to financial constraints. Public notices for interested bidders will be issued on April 4, with the successful bidder expected to be announced no later than October 2003.
