Is it the norm???Why is it that printers promise you the moon and stars, yet never seem to deliver the quality you were assured from their "mission statement" behind the receptionist's desk or on the deadline you were assured will be met!?
Is it just a Cape Town thing?
Starting up a new advertising & design business was hard enough, but having to deal with this is enough to drive anybody insane!
Who do the clients blame? def NOT the printers!
