Splash PR teams up with Tokara Winery

Tokara Winery has appointed Splash PR to manage its publicity. Owned by merchant banker GT Ferreira, Tokara launched its flagship wines at a sparkling dinner at the Tokara Restaurant on 17 September. The winery has previously released wines under the award-winning Zondernaam label.
