What you’ll do:
- Format, edit, and perfect marketing materials, social media assets, presentations, and more.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and ready for production.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for automated formatting, proofing, and file management.
- Oversee print specifications, colour accuracy, and typography to ensure polished, professional results.
- Collaborate with creatives and external partners to produce high-quality finished artwork.
- 5+ years of DTP experience (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Keen eye for detail, layout, and typography.
- Strong knowledge of print production and prepress processes.
- Experience with AI-driven design tools is a plus!
- Produce high-quality print and digital assets, ensuring layout consistency, typography accuracy, and image optimization.
- Adapt existing templates for various marketing collateral, social media assets, emailers, presentations, and direct marketing elements.
- Maintain a structured approach to formatting, ensuring compliance with the brand’s corporate identity (CI) guidelines.
- Utilise AI-driven layout optimisation tools to automate formatting, alignment, and page structuring.
- Ensure print-ready files meet all technical requirements, including colour accuracy, bleed, resolution, and font management.
- Use AI-powered tools for colour correction, ensuring consistent print quality and brand alignment.
- Automate proofing and pre-press checks using AI to detect inconsistencies in alignment, links, and fonts.
- Utilise AI-driven file management tools for version control, asset organisation, and archiving.
- Ensure all DTP outputs align with brand guidelines and maintain a seamless brand experience across all materials.
- Streamline DTP workflows using AI-driven automation tools, reducing manual effort and improving turnaround times.
- Maintain a digital asset management system, ensuring all brand materials are easily accessible and version-controlled.
- Finished art and coordination with external production partners to ensure accurate and timely production of printed materials (including preparation of files in relevant formats & supply of print specifications etc…)
