Our client based in JHB South is looking for a well-spoken call centre agent to join their team! Their ideal candidate will have solid call centre experience and fantastic telephonic skills

Minimum requirements:

• Matric or higher tertiary qualification
• Code 8 licence
• Minimum two years' experience in similar role
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skill and active listening
