Property Portfolio Assistant

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Portfolio Manager, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
• Maintain and update property management databases and filing systems to ensure accurate and accessible records.
• Act as a primary point of contact for tenants
• Property Inspections and Maintenance
• Assist in the preparation and management of property budgets, including tracking expenses and revenue.
• Lease Administration
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to property management and leasing.
• Prepare regular reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, maintenance activities, and financials

• Administrative Property Mangement experience essential 
• Reside in George - Western Cape
• Own vehicle with valid driver's license 
• Available to start 1 July 2024
