Logistics/Stock Intern

• Works with logistics team to provide support to achieve business goals
• Learns about relevant logistics processes
• Shows the ability to work with various logistics related tasks
• To ensure accuracy of system stock in comparison to the actual physical stock in our warehouse
• Improve concepts of on-time delivery schedules to the partner and or end-user
• To minimise stock loss and stock depreciation
• Ad hoc administration duties in the department

• Grade 12/Matric certificate
• Recently completed a finance or supply chain qualification 
• MS Office Suite (intermediate – essential)
• No work experience – training will be provided but must be willing to learn and proactive
• Pays attention to all the details, either written, orally, or presented
• Able to break down requirements to task level to enable accomplishment
• Effectively expresses messages and ideas in a clear, organised and relevant manner for a variety of audiences
• Develops organised, complete, and convincing communications
• Conveys thoughts and ideas regarding a topic concisely and clearly
• Must be willing to get involved, whilst still meeting and professionally handling deadlines
