Key roles and responsibilities:
- Draft and review study material, lessons and class activities
- Setting of assessments, marking guidelines and rubrics
- Learning design for allocated modules
- Research and community engagement
- Master’s degree in management
- At least 3 years’ experience in higher education
- A postgraduate qualification in management and business communication will be a strong recommendation
- Experience in drafting of learning material and assessments
- Functional knowledge of the canvas learning management system would be advantageous
- Independent and team work: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
- Presentation and facilitation: Competency in delivering content and leading discussions or workshops.
- Computer literacy and E-learning: Proficiency with technology and online education tools.
- Planning and organizational skills: Effective in managing tasks and priorities.
- Time management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge and skills in relevant field: Expertise in the specific area of focus, with an emphasis on learning, teaching, research, community engagement, and leadership.
