Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing, and inventory management.
Learn and develop product knowledge to better assist customers and provide excellent service.
Collaborate with team members to plan and execute sales strategies, including promotional events and marketing campaigns.
Support the sales team in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure an organised and appealing store environment.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills in sales techniques.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business, marketing, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
