Woolworths appoints Lwazi Bam to its board of directors
Woolworths Holdings Limited (WHL) has appointed Lwazi Bam as an independent non-executive director, effective 1 May 2023. Bam, a seasoned executive and non-executive, will also sit on the organisation's risk, information, technology and audit committees.
