NAB calls for feasibility study on new TV broadcasters

The National Association of Broadcasters has called on ICASA (Independent Communications Authority of SA) to do a detailed feasibility study before issuing new licences for regional and local television stations. The NAB says that in order to bring new operators at local and regional level you have to balance their interests against the interest of existing broadcasters.
