Media Directory for Africa

South Africa prints a media directory, with all the different publications printed in and for SA. Is there one for AFRICA?

Please help, I am desparate to get my hands onto a media directory for Africa, is there any one out there that can help or put me in touch with someone who can help me! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!
