This don't make sense, from an Landlord point of view maybe, but what about the tenant... Keep in mind that when applying for you need to give out money to get the place. In my case i have paid deposit and rent for the place i am due to occupy on 1 April, i cant afford to pay my current landlord another month rent which means my family wont have food, electricity or water... How do we tenants survive this crucial time now??? Also Adding that i can move without making contact with anybody besides the people i'm already with everyday since the COVID-19 broke out....WHAT DO WE DO???
