iPad launches in Namibia

Core Group, the value added distributor of Apple in Southern Africa, announced last week that Incredible Connection Windhoek will be the first official Apple authorised reseller of iPad in Namibia.

"We are delighted to announce the official arrival of iPad in Namibia", said Rutger-Jan van Spaandonk, executive director of Core Group. "Namibians are now able to purchase through an official channel and join the more than 28 million iPad users worldwide."

Incredible Connection Windhoek will offer the iPad at a starting price of N$4399.95.

Core Group will expand to other partners to serve both corporate and retail customers in the near future.
