    The CMO Council's Getting a Business Lift from Loyalty campaign allows one to scorecard the effectiveness of a program, share best practices employed by loyalty leaders, and identify the most common problems besetting loyalty laggards who are under-utilising their customer advocacy and affinity assets.     The CMO Council is collecting content, insights, best practice case studies, and candidates to participate in a pilot research program that aims to study and measure new approaches to loyalty club operation and value building.
