Howard Badler has over 15 years of experience in the service industry. He has trained and consulted to the Justice Department of the Northwest Province and a variety of companies in the IT industry, construction industry, vehicle manufacturing industry, pharmaceutical industry and most recently in the vehicle manufacturing industry. He has also given talks on customer care to various community-based groups. He is a member NSASA – National Speakers Association of South Africa, IMCSA – Institute of Management Consultants of South Africa, SANCU – South African National Consumer Union and an accredited facilitator with the Services SETA.
