Velocity adds new director to its roster

Commercials director Lourens van Rensburg has moved over to Velocity Films from partner company Freshwater Films.

Lourens has been in the industry for several years and has built up a solid reputation for strong performance and comedy work which further complements the Velocity reel. Van Rensburg has recently shot a car commercial with Grandprix kingpin Michael Schumacher and has several comic spots out for a hotel chain.
