Eugene Saldanha appointed General Manager of Print Media South Africa

Eugene Saldanha has been appointed General Manager of Print Media South Africa with effect from 9 January 2006.

He is a former journalist at The Star (1980-1986), after which he worked in the non-profit sector, holding various senior positions. During the past nine years he established and led two organizations - the Non Profit Partnership and the Charities Aid Foundation. He continues to serve on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations.

Among the qualifications he holds are an MBA from Milpark Business School and an M.Phil (Ethics) from the University of Johannesburg.
