Financial Mail appoints new Managing Editor

Tefo Mothibeli has been recently appointed Managing Editor of the Financial Mail. Mothibeli, a seasoned journalist who has honed his skills over the past 11 years, started as a general reporter at the now defunct Weekend Star, followed by stints at Primedia Publishing and The Star, and, most recently, worked his way up to the position of News Editor and Assistant Editor at Business Day.

Mothibeli's new position will see him moving away from a primarily journalistic role to one that encompasses all aspects of managing a publication, including spending and revenue, ensuring effective recruitment processes, staff career development, and fostering relationships with BDFM.
