Liesl Williams joins Razor PR as managing partner in Cape Town

Liesl Williams has been appointed as MD of the new Cape Town office of M&C Saatchi Group's Razor Public Relations. She joins Razor from Engage BCW in Nairobi where she was a strategy partner.
