A February 20 high court date has been set for SABMiller's trademark infringement suit against a Cape Town satirical T-shirt manufacturer. 400 to 500 shirts were sold that were imprinted with a logo similar to Carling Black Label but with the words "Black Labour" and the slogan "Africa's lusty, lively exploitation since 1652".
